Now here’s some different video ideas to get higher views.

#1 Do a Q&A session. If you haven’t done this before this is just a fun video of you answering audience questions or comments. It’s a great way to interact with your fans, and create a direct conversation with them. You can take the questions from previous YouTube videos, or you can ask followers to submit new questions to you on social media.

#2 Explainer videos. These are videos that explain certain niche topics or themes explaining what you do or how you do it. They’re commonly created with animations white boards, power points, or it could also be you talking to the camera, guiding them to the information. While it may take a lot of work and effort, these types of videos drive high viewership because they’re simple and valuable to viewers.

#3 Tutorial Making informational videos that helps users, goes a long way. People are always on a constant lookout for free information or courses on certain topics that interest them. Cater to these by creating step-by-step guides that provide detailed information, or teaches special skills that can help benefit your viewers. My tutorial for how to use Canva, always had the highest views on my channel.

#4 Collaborations. Work with other YouTube content creators. This can help add new content variety to your channel and expand your reach to another set of audiences. They can be as simple as coming together for a video, or making series of content, where you’ll each bring your A game.

#5 Vlog. One of the most common thing to do on YouTube, vlogging is where you’ll tell a personal story or highlight a part of your day. It’s a great way to show a personal side that you’ve never shown before to your audience. At the same time, it allows you to add a special segment that disrupts your regularly scheduled programming, giving your audience something new to look forward to.

#6 Channel Intro. Create a simple channel intro that describes what you post on your channel. It’s something that you post on your channel page that gets new viewers or subscribers to understand who you are.

#7 Host Giveaways. If you want to be generous, and at the same time engage more followers, start a giveaway! These are great at rewarding and bonding with your fanbase. Make sure you have some rules and clear mechanics when you announce. Make it simple and easy.

#8 Interview. If you follow or talk about a niche topic, interviews are great for you. Make the effort to set up classic interviews with experts or important people in your field. And if you’re up for it, you can also try street interviewing for a more interactive experience.

#9 Celebrate Important Milestones. Did you just hit the 10,000 mark, or did your video just get a million views? Congratulations! Celebrate with a milestone video that shares your experience with your followers.

#10 Presentations. Another easy video to create and provide the most value to your viewers are presentations. These are excellent for those channels that host informational content. Like this one. If you want to deep-dive into a topic and take time in explaining content, presentations are better for you than explainer videos. At the same time, they don’t require any complex editing. You can simply talk to a camera, or speak over a flashing presentation and compile it together.
