In the past 6 months, my 21 Days To Infinite Video Impact Challenge has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs transform their impact and profit for their businesses. Today I want to dive into how I put my challenge together!

I’ve been lucky enough to have incredible success with my business over the past several years. If you know my backstory, you know I was a dental hygienist before quitting my 9-5 to start my own social media management business, and then pivoted again to focus on video marketing. My roster of high ticket clients has exploded since then with legendary entrepreneurs who love my content strategy and love the work my team does and pay to have it executed for them. 

But last year, I started thinking about how I might be able to teach entrepreneurs how to execute this content strategy for THEMSELVES at a lower price point. Sure, my core offer was doing great – but I wanted to make my services more accessible and inclusive for entrepreneurs who might be just starting out or in the scaling stage. 

I experimented with a few different programs that were each really successful, but didn’t achieve the impact I was hoping for. I wanted something I could teach in a short period of time and repeat time and time again to help entrepreneurs drive massive impact and profit through video. 

One of my entrepreneur friends brought up the idea of a challenge, and I was immediately intrigued. What could I teach entrepreneurs in just 3 weeks to set them up for impact and profit for life?

So I went back to the drawing board with the help of my team, and we laid out a 21-day program that tackled a new impact-driven, profit-focused concept for every challenge day. Along with assignments, badges, and daily coaching from me – the challenge members would end their 21 days with an impact-driven, profit-focused YouTube channel created and ready to start generating revenue for their businesses. 

The challenge took weeks to fully develop, but looking back, it was so beyond worth it based on the results my students are bringing in on a daily basis. From ranking in search results to ascending audience members into their value ladder, it’s amazing to see what 3 weeks can do for an entrepreneur – regardless of their industry, niche, or location. 

It didn’t take long for us to know that the challenge was paying off. Day after day, members were posting screenshots of their YouTube analytics or talking about how mind-blown they were in the private accountability support group. 

I was excited to see how the challenge members would implement these strategies, but one thing that I didn’t expect was the community-building that took place. I can confirm that the #InfiniteImpactArmy is the most supportive community on the internet! Challenge after challenge, these entrepreneurs are constantly holding each other accountable and lifting each other up. On top of the transformations that take place in each member’s impact and profit, they’re building connections in the world of entrepreneurship – which is so amazing.
