It’s only then that you will experience a truly cohesive unit that moves forward together creating a wave of momentum resulting in lasting change in the world. So what’s it gonna be? You have the power to create your reality. You can choose to live in the false security of emotional protection or you can open yourself up to your team, leading with vulnerability and giving them a real reason to stay. To work and thrive through your movement. The choice is yours alone to make.
